In this video, we are unboxing the Blackroll Super Band.

Hi, I’m Selina, physio from MoveMedics. I want to help you to improve your movement, increase, your health knowledge, so you can move better, feel better, and keep doing what you love for as long as you want.

Now today we’re going to look at these Super Bands.

I recently bought myself a bunch of Blackroll products and I to be honest, I bought this so I can qualify for free shipping. I already have the Loop Band which is the exact same colour and resistance level, but they’re short loops, I use that as part of my running warm-up mainly these days and I thought why not get the long ones too.

These are 104 centimetre in length and now that is going to add to my bodyweight exercise repertoire. And here we go. Ta-da!

There is a band, revolution of bands, a little booklet, with, starts with German, I know that now, and the evolution of band, it gives you general instructions and some exercise examples, this is a Loop Band, the shorter one, um Multiband, so they go through each of their bands and then giving you example of exercises you can do with each band.

Blue. Green. Red, and this one feels the softest and it should be also the light one, yep the orange is the light.

It is light, very bright. And then medium, green, quite a bit firmer than the light.

And blue would be strong. Let me test.

Umm… Yep definitely. And it is about maybe three centimetres wide.

And there you go, that was the Blackroll Super Band.
