I started Pole Physio in 2010 because I was frustrated by the confusion and the sheer volume of crap floating around the internet regarding pole injuries, flexibility training, and movement. So much pain and suffering could have been prevented if only my friends had the correct information!
Pole Physio is my platform to share with you my physio knowledge, experience working with pole dancers of all levels, from beginners to IPC competitors, and most importantly, to help you train smart and pole injury free.
