Sing freely and connect with people without worry about engaging this muscle for Breath Support and that muscle for Breath Control.
We know that to be able to have your Breath Support on autopilot and Manage your Breath with ease, you must have appropriate and sufficient Strength and Mobility in your body. Why?
Because when your body is your instrument, when you’re literally using your body to make sounds, your Strength and Mobility are not only important, they determine how well your voice can Function.
The problem is, traditional singing teaching only focusses on vocal technique and as important as technique is, it DOES NOTHING for your body. Vocal technique is important but:
- ❌ It can’t improve Mobility in your Ribs
- ❌ It won’t Strengthen your Back muscles
- ❌ It can’t Relax your Pelvic Floor
- ❌ It does nothing for your Posture
- ❌ It won’t relieve your Chronic Neck Tension
What WILL improve these is doing exercises designed to build Strength and Mobility in these areas.
A study published in the Journal of Voice in 2025 suggested that:
“Core stabilisation exercises can improve voice production quality and performance by increasing respiratory support in vocal artists and may provide benefits in terms of both performance and vocal health. It can be recommended that exercise programs for singers include core muscle strengthening training and breathing exercises.” (DOI: 10.1016/j.jvoice.2025.04.017)
However, Prescribing appropriate exercises to build Core Strength and Mobility is simply NOT the job for singing teachers, but it IS the job for physiotherapists.

Who is this PRogram for?
✅ Our classes are suitable for all who relies on clear and effective communication. They are excellent for Singers, Actors, Voice Over Artists, Speakers, Coaches, Teachers, etc.
✅ You MUST be aged 18+ and be able to exercise independently, unassisted and unsupervised, and have a base level of fitness.
Who is this PRogram NOT for?
Our classes are NOT suitable for those with:
❌ Recent injuries
❌ Recent surgeries
❌ Impaired sensations
❌ Chronic pain conditions
❌ Neurological conditions
❌ Blood pressure conditions
❌ Recent motor vehicle accidents
❌ Eye pressure conditions such as glaucoma
❌ Unable to get onto the floor and back up on your own
❌ Pelvic Floor Dysfunction such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse.
❌ Balance conditions such as vertigo, dizziness, whiplash associated disorders, postural hypotension that makes it unsafe to challenge your balance e.g. standing on one leg, unsupervised
